Tree Installation Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer for the Hamilton Christmas Charitable Trust! Please complete one form per person, Apply online or download the application form and return via mail or email (details below) by 22/10/21.


  • Tick applicable boxes (you can tick more than one)
  • This role is to prepare branches for hanging on the tree firstly and, time permitting, to assist getting décor ready for placement on the tree. Please note this is a physical role.
  • Dates of build: Monday 15th – Friday 19th November from 9am – 5pm (weather permitting)
